Sarah is a US-qualified lawyer in the State of Oregon, US, and seeking qualification in England and Wales. She began her career as a federal judicial clerk in the District of Oregon (part of the Ninth Circuit), gaining a wide breadth of experience from employment to antitrust cases within the United States. Sarah applied this exposure within the in-house legal sector, working in tech and healthcare.  most recent role has been as Corporate Counsel to a large non-profit healthcare system, serving the western half of the United States. In this role, she dealt with a myriad of legal issues including but not limited to policy implementation, regulatory and risk compliance, data protection, and contract negotiation. Sarah will oversee and manage all legal matters, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and provide proactive legal guidance to support the company’s objectives.
