Ella completed her masters in Bioscience Innovation & Enterprise at UCL, where she focused on commercialising scientific innovation. Her thesis explored how genetic testing could be used to personalise hormonal contraception and reduce side effects, working with FemTech startup, Dama Health. As an Account Executive, Ella’s role involves collaborating with our parent company, The Lockwood Group, across various medical communication services to attract new clients and cultivate strong relationships. In her free time, Ella enjoys travelling, going to the gym and trying out new restaurants and bars in London.
