The 64th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH) will be held on December the 10th – 13th 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The meeting will be in person, with a virtual attendance option.

The goal of the ASH annual meeting is to give the global hematology community an opportunity to network and share work and research in all areas of hematology. Scientific Workshops will also be running to discuss the latest scientific developments in hematology. The event promises the practice-changing science and education that we have come to expect from ASH over the years making it just as important as ever to communicate your science effectively and stand out from the rest.

Although most conferences and events are now back in-person, many events still have a virtual option available. It has become more apparent than ever that the hybrid working model is here to stay, with events also being available to attendees in a digital format.

Current communication strategies must reflect this change and provide the versatility to compete in the hybrid world, where alternative approaches are required to connect with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and other influential target audiences.

We possess the creative and scientific expertise to help your novel science stand out. Our digital content can be leveraged across all platforms, meaning it is the perfect hybrid tool for use at in-person booths as well as virtual conference presentations.Scientific animation assets can easily be utilized for booth design backdrops, large touchscreens, iPads, virtual reality headsets and more.

Engaging solutions for your ASH booth

Interactive, eye-catching content is essential at industry conferences where exhibiting is competitive, and exhibitors have to work harder than ever to capture their audience’s attention and keep it!

Our team of experts are constantly researching and exploring the latest software and technology in the interactive field to keep our experiences impactful and state-of-the-art, guaranteeing you experiences for your booth that are impressive, engaging and scientifically accurate.

Technology is changing how the pharma, biotech, and healthcare industries communicate, educate and market within the hybrid world. Harnessing these innovative tools offers the best user experience and engagement tactics for a range of target audiences and end-use uses.

High-quality digital experiences to differentiate your brand

Random42 can create content in the form of animation (MoD/MoA), interactive experiences, or other digital solutions to help you stand out at any conference or virtual event.

Digital experiences are ideal for physical events and can be repurposed onto large touchscreens or iPads as part of a booth; attracting people to your stand and then letting them explore the science behind a product.

We offer gesture-driven devices, so that a user can interact with the experience independently, as well as many other platforms that make the experience impactful, engaging, and educational.

Our high-quality digital materials can be leveraged across various marketing initiatives and provide the longevity needed to make them an investment for all future conferences, virtual or physical.

In-person booth experiences

We can create high-resolution digital content to enhance scientific storytelling. Such content can be utilized throughout physical booths on a range of outputs such as:

  • Touchscreens
  • Interactive stations
  • Virtual Reality
  • Augmented reality and immersive experiences
  • Holographic displays and more…

Stunning visual content helps attract people to the booth, encouraging further exploration of the scientific messages behind a product, pathway, or mechanism.

We are proud to say that we were the first to bring virtual reality content to the world of scientific conferences, and we continue to evolve and innovate our offerings in this space. We are able to adapt interactive augmented reality experiences for large booth installations to help captivate and engage your audience.

Virtual booth experiences

Replace or supplement a physical booth presence with web-based virtual experiences, facilitating connections without an in-person representative. The user can move around the booth digitally and interact with engaging digital content.

Disease and product microsites can be created to host a variety of educational digital content. A link can simply be sent to thousands of healthcare professionals (HCPs) for them to experience immersive, high-quality content. Digital assets and microsites stand the test of time after a virtual conference, making them a great long-term investment.

  • Stunning animation assets implemented throughout the booth
  • Create an engaging environment and unique user experience
  • Versatile concept that can be refreshed with updated content providing longevity
  • Metrics from each experience can provide key performance indicators to help evaluate success

ASH is fast approaching, which is why it is important to act now. The ideal time to begin planning for an event like this is at least 6-9 months before – a typical timescale to produce a medical animation (including approvals) is around 16-18 weeks. If you don’t have 16 weeks in your schedule, there are still options for accelerated production with Random42 without compromising on quality. Please get in touch as soon as possible if this is something you would like to discuss with us.
