Satnam Receives Right Aligned Recognition
Satnam Bansal, Senior Motion Graphics Designer at Random42, receives a Right Aligned Recognition Award.
Satnam has been part of the 2D Graphics Department at Random42 for the past four years, proving an integral member of the team. He joined 2D back in 2019 as a Junior Graphic Designer, working alongside our 3D artists and marketing team to create visual assets for a variety of different needs.
Earlier this summer, Satnam was nominated to receive a Recognition Award from the Right Aligned Academy, a fantastic organisation that aims to make design equal and accessible by creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds. The Academy believes in elevating all voices – regardless of age, ability, and background to truly reflect the diverse nature of the industry.
The Recognition Award was made to celebrate the tireless work of people who don’t have the resources to enter traditional schemes. The Right Aligned Academy collaborated with LazenbyBrown and Hot Dot Laser to create a minimalist symbol of appreciation, made of a clean, natural material that reflects the Academy’s passion for personal and professional growth.
Random42 would like to congratulate Satnam, an extremely talented individual worthy of this recognition for his hard work and creative ability.
“It was great to receive this nomination from Right Aligned Academy quite early in my design career. I share a similar ethos to RAA as I try to educate new designers, demonstrate techniques, and share insights into my design thinking. This is something I do whilst working within Random42 as well as within the wider design community, through creative network talks, university panels, and online tutorials. I hope to keep inspiring designers to keep pushing forward regardless of age, experience, or background.”
