AR Stories App

Augmented Reality

The Random42 ‘AR Stories’ app shows how augmented reality (AR) can be used to enhance scientific storytelling, experiencing the microscopic worlds of medical science on any flat surface. Our app demonstrates to the viewer how augmented reality can bring scientific narratives to life in a convenient and engaging format.

our approach

In the first story of our series, watch as the mechanism of action of hypertension medication becomes a stunning microscopic experience on any flat surface. The experience explores the effects of high blood pressure, delving into the effects of hypertension and exploring how angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) can be used to reduce blood pressure back to a normal, healthy level, elevating symptoms to allow for a healthier and more active lifestyle.

The mode of action of ARBs is explored using stunning AR visuals, as the viewer explores the journey of ARBs in the body, as they block the Angiotensin receptors in order to reduce vasoconstriction and in turn reduce blood pressure. The AR graphics illustrate the cross-section of arteries during vasoconstriction and vasodilation and the intercellular messaging involved in the mechanism of action of this treatment.

The AR Stories app exemplifies how cutting-edge AR technology can be used to create an unforgettable, scientifically accurate experience for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical industries.

AR is an exciting way to make a lasting impact and get engaging, educational content into the hands of stakeholders. We continually evolve our technical approach to visualizing digital content within our real-world surroundings.

Here at Random42, we have the capabilities to bring traditional marketing materials to life with digital content that is easily accessed by downloading an app, and simply scanning a page or surface to activate content.
