Felicity Stokes – Account Executive

BSc Biochemistry – University of Bristol

MSc Biotech and Pharmaceutical Management – University College London (UCL)

Felicity completed her BSc in Biochemistry at the University of Bristol before starting an MSc in Biotech and Pharmaceutical Management at University College London (UCL). Her academic background bridges the gap between science and business, combining laboratory research in pathophysiology and drug mechanisms with expertise in clinical trials, finance, and regulatory affairs. As an Account Executive at Random42, Felicity works closely with new and existing clients from the top 25 global pharmaceutical companies to identify and develop new project opportunities. Outside of work, she enjoys playing sport, particularly netball, and attending live music events.

Oliver O’Reilly – Junior Motion Graphics Designer

BA Animation – Ravensbourne University London

After completing his BA in Animation at Ravensbourne, Oliver started his career as a 3D animator in children’s television before transitioning to medical animation. This helped him to hone his existing skills in 2D motion design as well as illustration in general. He now brings these skills to Random42, where he supports the 2D production team as a Junior Motion Graphics Designer. In his free time, he participates in a book club, keeps active with Argentinian Tango, and assists in animating short films.

Matt Cooke – Senior Sales Operations Executive

BEng Mechanical Engineering – University of Birmingham

Matt studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Birmingham and went on to work in Data Recruitment and Tech Sales before retraining towards a data-focused role. Matt now works in the Sales Operations team, improving data usage, automation, and reporting on Sales & Marketing data across the Lockwood group. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their dogs. Matt is the current British National Amateur Disc Golf Champion and spends as much time throwing frisbees as he can.

Connor Daniels – Scientific Account Executive

BSc Chemistry – Bangor University

PhD Bioengineering – Imperial College London

Connor recently completed his PhD in Bioengineering at Imperial College, where he developed a minimally invasive diagnostic device for skin cancer. The technology uses a hydrogel-coated microneedle patch to sample skin interstitial fluid and detect tumor-derived miRNA electrochemically. Before his PhD, Connor spent some time at a biotech company in Oxford during the pandemic, producing the oligonucleotides used to make lateral flow assays. Outside of work, you can find Connor on the court playing basketball with the London Knights, an LGBTQ+ team. He is also an avid reader, a monthly book club regular, and is learning Spanish with weekly lessons.

Maddy Molloy – Scientific Account Executive

BSc in Biochemistry & Microbiology – University of Sheffield

MRes in Bacterial Pathogenesis & Infection – Imperial College London

PhD in Antibiotic Resistance – University College London

Maddy completed her BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology at the University of Sheffield and an MRes in Bacterial Pathogenesis and Infection at Imperial College London, before working as a research assistant at the University of Cambridge investigating the cellular interactions between human macrophages and mycobacteria. She then went on to complete her PhD at University College London, where her research focused on applying pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) hollow fibre infection models to optimise antibiotic dosing regimens and suppress the emergence of antimicrobial resistance. As a Scientific Account Executive, Madeleine leverages her scientific background to develop scripts and storyboards, transforming complex medical mechanisms into engaging narratives across diverse therapeutic areas. Outside of work, she enjoys playing football, running, and going to music festivals with friends.

Mercy Maku – Account Executive

BSc in Neuroscience – University of Warwick

Mercy holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Warwick, where she developed her skills through leadership positions and client-facing roles. As an Account Executive at Random42, she supports client communications for the top 25 pharmaceutical companies, bridging the gap between the company and its clients. Outside of her professional work, Mercy enjoys fashion, painting, drawing, traveling, and playing sports.

Tom Bates – 3D Junior Generalist

BA (Hons) Computer Animation Technical Arts – Bournemouth University

Tom found his love for 3D Animation in college during a short animation class within his computing course unit. He then went on to study for his undergraduate degree in Computer Animation Technical Arts at the National Centre for Computer Animation before starting his role as a 3D Junior Generalist at Random42. Operating at the intersection of technical skill and visual artistry, Tom pairs his programming foundation with a keen eye for creating stunning visuals. While learning 3D in his spare time, Tom also loves activities such as visiting new places, climbing, gaming, cooking, and watching films.

Evelyn Giovanie – Junior Production Coordinator

BA (Hons) Concept Art – University of Hertfordshire

Evelyn studied Concept Art at the University of Hertfordshire, where she also spent two terms as an Adobe SBA, leading campaign workshops and activations, and later attending a feedback panel at the head office. It was there she discovered how much she enjoyed organising people and projects, which led her towards production coordination. At Random42, Evelyn works across the science and production departments, coordinating artist capacity and allocation. Outside of work, you’ll find her picking apart films from their production design to cinematography, alongside sitting on the beach while sipping on a good matcha.
