Interactive Molecular Viewer
Interactive Experience
Real-time development environments allow Random42 to be able to quickly and efficiently prototype data visualisation systems such as our Interactive Molecular Viewer.
our approach
By parsing complex point cloud data of molecular structures, we are able to render real-time 3D molecular visualisations and interact with the data using futuristic hand tracking devices such as the Leap Motion – perfect for ‘wire-free’ display systems for events or exhibitions.
The Leap Motion uses advanced 3D optics technology for tracking the bone structure and motion of hands. This data can be used for gesture driven control of interactive applications and display systems. This technology can also be integrated into Virtual and Mixed Reality systems for interactive control over virtual content and environments.
