GEMTESA® (Vibegron) is an oral medication indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with signs of urge urinary incontinence (UUI), urgency, and urinary frequency in adults. GEMTESA® is a selective beta-3 adrenergic agonist which activates beta-3 receptors. This binding results in bladder muscle relaxation, increasing bladder capacity, resulting in reduced symptoms of OAB.
